I rent storage 2-3 times a year, my experience with this storage facility has been rewarding, they were professional & welcoming. Online reservations were the most patient they took interest in my inquiry of a storage Unit. I am a thrifty shopper, and been shopping for 2 wks when I found Discount Mini Storage - Sparefoot, they had the best rental rates and perks in the storage business. In frustration was in route back home when Earle called, he helped with direction after I got lost 2 times, it was a minute before closing time, but he insisted I return in route to his facility. At the storage facility on site Earle took even more care and interest, he gently explained with respectful & professionalism their paper work I was to sign, the facility was clean, and he surprised me with more discount. Wow!!! I give Manager Earle and this facility a triple A feedback. Kristie C
