Cindy, the manager, gave me a call to confirm my reservation the morning after I booked my through Sparefoot. Confirmed the details but was flexible when I realized I needed a bigger unit. Everything has been smooth and easy. Glad they are covered because I have been loading during rainy days without issues.

I was going through a huge life change and very stressed out. I booked a storage room and moved into the wrong space. They went out of the way to help me and were very kind and understanding. They put a lock on until I could transfer my belongings. Cindy called me on her day off to help me. Really appreciate that level of service, way beyond whats is reasonable.
