NOTE - Must be local to Atlanta area - 2 to 3 days per week in office.

We are seeking an Entry Level Recent College Graduate to become an Administrative Assistant for an interior design firm located in Atlanta, GA near Perimeter Mall. Our client is experiencing tremendous growth, so this is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door of a successful company at the right time! Room for advancement for the right candidate. Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Greet and assist guests
• Answer calls and direct to the appropriate person
• Maintain organized electronic filing systems
• Order office supplies
• Put together marketing packets
• Maintain conference room calendar
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
