Third Coast Events is a non-profit and fundraiser support association that provides sustainable Community Support around the Houston area. We are seeking someone articulate, bright, and detailed-oriented for our Entry Level Community Outreach Coordinator role! Our Entry Level Community Outreach Coordinator will train directly with our group of leaders to learn all entry-level duties and everyday responsibilities.- Reach out directly to potential donors and qualify to see if they are interested in participating in donations
- Prepare applications and forms for donors for client and customer tracking
- Support the Community Support Specialist team by completing comprehensive reports that are thorough and accurate
- Take the initiative and resolve escalations or objections from community members to explain our mission
- Represent the company in a professional manner at community events and networking gatherings
- Ensure courteous and efficient service is provided to all customers at fundraising events
- Support other members of your team as well as cross-functional team members by showing participation in meetings and training classes
- Bachelor s degree or Associate s degree in Business, Management, or Administration is preferred
- Comfortable taking the initiative to enhance skills and corresponding with multiple departments and clients
- Prior history delivering excellent customer service is a plus
- Working in events, fundraising, or experience as a volunteer
- Excellent problem solving and organization skills
- Self-motivated and eager to exceed expectations
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to a schedule
