Description

Work closely with the project manager and IT technical lead to identify research and escalate issues and risks to the appropriate work stream for resolution Work with the clients for requirements gathering and developed business process as well as presented the proposal to the clienton behalf of the team. Communicate effectively with clients to provide outstanding customer service during all the phases of client relationship management from presenting to potential clients Involve in creating Reports and Documents like Requirements, Documents, and Management Plan, Issue/Alternatives documents, Project Summary and Plans Analyze and design business processes and proposed solution for business process re-engineering throughout the process mapping lifecycle Conduct regular scrum, sprint planning and retrospective meetings for the IT team onshore and offshore.
