Customer Support Associate

A Customer Support Associate plays an essential role in maintaining client records to ensure customer requests can be handled quickly and effectively. This is a part time opportunity with the potential to turn into a full time position.

This position has a remote option - candidates residing in CT, MA, NY, NH, NE, SC, GA, FL, TX welcome to apply!

What are the essential functions of a Customer Support Associate?

  • Enter and verify client information in multiple systems to ensure records are kept up-to-date
  • Make outbound calls to conduct employment verification procedures within company and federal guidelines
  • Gather driver information to complete DOT compliance regulation tasks
  • Assist with miscellaneous clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and processing mail
  • Protect company and client information in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work within the business hours of 8:30am 5:15pm, Monday Friday
    • Candidates must work a minimum of 25 hours per week
