*This position is located in Houston, Texas- please note that you will work out of this office location once we are back in our offices. Our company is working remotely due to COVID-19. All training will be done remotely.The FasTrak to Sales program will consist of a rotational training program that will allow the employee to get the development necessary to sell our services. We start new hires with a Recruiter training and evolve them into Sales Trainees.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Rotation 1- RecruitingDuring the first rotation, the individual will be receiving training and learn the recruiter role. This rotation will consist of the following:Working to place candidates on open job orders; Build relationships with candidates and assess them through phone screening, interviewing, skills testing, and reference checksTwo Week training to go over our company, the staffing industry and the fundamentals of the recruiting role.Weekly meetings with an Account Manager to go over progress, learn the industry and talk more about the sales role.6 & 12 week review to go over progress, set goals and discuss any stucks on the role.Timeline- 14 weeks (two weeks of training and 12 weeks of recruiting)Rotation 2- Sales TraineeDuring the second rotation, the individual will receive additional training on the Account Executive role. This rotation will consist of the following:Shadow days with multiple Account Executives to learn what goes on in meetings, lunches, etc.Product training from designated Subject Matter Experts on the products.Role plays with numerous Account Executives and leaders to go over the fundamentals of the job.Participation in the Sales Readiness training course (10 week training program).Learn the fundamentals of the job and the industry through Playbook reviews.Timeline- 8-12 WeeksAfter both rotations (estimated time is 20-26 weeks) the individual will go through a Sales Review and be promoted into the Account Executive role as long as all goals/metrics during the two rotations have been met.Recruiter (Offers candidates career track into Sales Account Management, Professional Recruiting, and/or Management)WHAT YOU'LL DO:Identify qualified candidates through a number of creative outlets (i.e. job boards, networking groups, social media, etc.)Build relationships with candidates and assess them through phone screening, interviewing, skills testing, and reference checksProvide employee and client satisfaction of our current talentEnsure excellent attendance of current talent, and resolve any issues that ariseObtain and generate leads and set new meetings with prospective clientsWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?Great company cultureCompetitive salary with uncapped commissionWeekly pay ($USD)401(k)Gym membership reimbursementStudent loan repaymentComprehensive training programPaid time off / Paid holidaysComprehensive medical insuranceDental/Vision insuranceEmployer financed life, long term and short term disability insurancePromotion opportunities in sales account management or professional recruitmentOpportunity to participate in community and philanthropic eventsWHAT WE NEED: Competitive mindset Ability to show initiative High energy Interest in a results-driven culture Ability to multitask and work in afast paced setting Bachelor's degree ( or in progress)WHAT WE DO:Here at Medix we are dedicated to providing workforce solutions to clients representing a variety of industries.
