We are currently seeking someone that can collaborate with the management team to ensure sales and marketing efforts support our business goals. What youll bring to the table: Assist in implementing marketing campaigns Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clientele. Assure quality and accurate representation of products; represent the company professionally and ensure that potential customers have an exceptional experience. Develop top performer customer service & sales skills with our training & development programs. Maintain quality service to all clients by answering product and service questions, cross-selling related products and services, and being courteous and responsive to all clients' needs. Acquire new customer acquisitions Respond to customer inquiries for pricing, order shipment/invoice information, and quality & technical data.
