We are searching for another member to add to our close-knit team of individuals. We are a hard working company and are seeking to improve our performance with like-minded team players. Our office is fast-paced where no two days are the same. There is a high level of activity so boredom is not an option. You will handle multiple items si multaneously in a professional and courteous manner. You come in contact with many different types of people and help them with their requests. There is a team atmosphere in the office and all challenges are handled as a group.

Good organization skills and be able to multi-task

Verbal communication skills are essential

Ability to prioritize work assignments, critical tasks and routine work

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating small and medium sized promotional events throughout the community

Working with customers to ensure they are extremely satisfied

Marketing & branding efforts on behalf of our clients

Work with customers on a face to face basis with the goal of acquiring new business

Maintaining sales quotas on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

Communicate with management and other team members in order to generate the highest level of revenue

Job Requirements:

  • Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer service and customer satisfaction

  • Monitoring customer accounts and sales
  • Maintain a direct customer service relationship with customers
  • Provide strong customer service in a sales oriented setting
  • Assisting customers with all aspects sales and service ensuring an excellent customer experience
  • Process sales and service orders
  • Training current sales and marketing reps in customer service
  • Progressing from the sales and customer service representative role
  • Creating an excellent customer experience
  • Managing counter sales and customer relations
  • Take inbound sales and customer service calls and handles
  • Engage customers and provide world-class customer service
