What does the Warehouse Clean Team do?

This is not a janitorial role, it is warehouse sanitation. We move a lot of product around in our warehouse, so the Clean Team takes care of any spills, debris, etc. in the warehouse. Other teams rely on the Clean Team to keep the warehouse clean and in order so they can safely do their job.

Title: Night Warehouse Clean Team Member /Sanitation

Reports To:Safety & Compliance Manager

Schedule:Sunday-Thursday, 3rd Shift

Pay: Hourly -**Conditional $1500 Bonus**

Duties & Responsibilities(including, but not limited to)

• Team Member who reinforces Jake's mission, vision and core values at all times while ensuring that the company's loading activities run safely, efficiently and profitably.
• Clean trash from dock, aisles, and dock pits.
• Scrub aisles.
• Empty trash cans.
• Stock sanitation closet.
• Clean all white lines, battery room, and equipment.
• Deep clean all aisles.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and practices.
• And any other cleaning and inspection duties as requested.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, and software manuals.
• Ability to speak and communicate well with customers, vendors, and team members.

Physical Requirements(including, but not limited to)

• Ability to work in cooler temperature zones as low as -20 degrees.
• Ability to maintain a moderate level of visual attention and mental concentration for significant periods of time as required.
• Ability to perform the following physical activities: fine manipulating with hands, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with proper lifting techniques.
