Vaddo, Inc was established and founded in August of 2011. Since then it has grown from its humble beginnings of 5 staff in Houston, to stretching across 5 states, 7 locations and over 80 representatives.The vision, as stated by President and Founder Ryan Caugherty, has always been "freedom". We do not try to make things easier for staff, we train our staff to be better. If we wanted a finished product we would not set up a training program. Work in progress for us means growth, and we want to grow!Team player - we work in teams, we play in teams, we do everything in teams. We believe in the power of a team and want those who want to be apart of something big vs be the big part.2020 was a crazy year for everyone. A lot of companies did not survive the shut downs, election madness and overall adjustment that every industry has had to make. That is not the case with us. Leadership - we believe that we are only as good as the leadership within the organization, so we have an extensive training course centered around leadership development and growth.3. Management - our clients are excited and asking for more aggressive growth from Vaddo in 2019. We only promote within, so our opportunity is directly attached to our ability to develop our own internal staff to management.
