Our Customer Service Representative position requires previous experience in an administrative or customer support role.Position Overview:Provide support for one or more departments performing variety of administrative functions. Will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling delivery appointments, providing information for clients/callers, updating order management system and other administrative duties as required.Duties:- Answer phone calls and greet guests- Update order management system, routing board & schedule- Provide time window for deliveries- Actioning emails and system notifications- Supporting managers and other personnel- Accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests- Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishmentsSkills/Qualifications:- High School Diploma- 2+ years of experience- Computer Skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)- Administrative Writing Skills- Verbal Communication- Multi-tasking- Problem Solving- Informing OthersPoint2Point is a local, family-owned and operated last-mile logistics company based out of Houston, Texas specializing in the safe and excellent transportation and delivery of home and durable goods, both new and used.
