**THE OPPORTUNITY**
The Sales Operations internship for Xactly Corp will expose the intern to various processes and applications used by the Xactly Sales Operations team in support of Company and Sales-specific goals and projects. These skills will include: CRM System Administration and Management, Sales Process Mapping and Documentation, the optimization of the Lead Qualification Process and Sales Territory Design. Finally, you will gain exposure to Sales, Marketing and Product, helping you build on the academic knowledge you've gained and giving you opportunities for cross-department collaboration.
**THE TEAM**
Xactly's Sales Operations team is a tight-knit and growing team, looking to expand and add individuals with diverse backgrounds. Our team's goal is to increase sales effectiveness by reducing onboarding time from hire to full productivity while executing on continuous sales education programs that drive revenue and performance, and we don't take that responsibility lightly. We take our role seriously, but we have a lot of fun along the way!
**THE SKILL SET:**
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree with a graduation date between December 2021 - June 2022
- You have outstanding organizational & analytical skills
- You have the ability to navigate and sift through large amounts of data to ascertain or analyze data for results
- You're proactive, creative, entrepreneurial and results-oriented
- You're a self-starter, with strong project management skills
- You are able to prioritize requests based on importance and timing
- You have a passion for learning and sales operations
- An ability to navigate databases of information/content is a plus
**RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):**
- CRM data clean-up
- Creating data driven reports
- Creating data driven presentation materials
- Sales rep activity and data auditing
**IMPACTFUL PROJECT:**
Assist the completion of historical data uploading into the CRM system to allow us to transform our reporting architecture to a real-time, visualization-based, metric driven one.
**BY THE END OF YOUR INTERNSHIP, YOU'LL:**
- Develop a deep understanding of our CRM system
- Gain extensive experience with sales metrics and processes
- Be exposed to state-of-the-art business reporting architecture and applications
