A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success and Sales Operations Paid Intern. Candidates will be responsible for the following: Troubleshooting customer issues using premium technology solutions to manage live chat, ticketing, and inbound telephone inquiries Learning the ins and outs of our product, developing problem-solving skills, and honing your inbound sales skills to improve the overall company brand Aiding in the operational efforts during the company's largest B2B renewal season Position Requirements Include: Ability to work from Tuesday, June 1st to Friday, August 13th Ability to work entirely remote Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program Demonstrated enthusiasm for sports and the recruiting process Demonstrated solid analytical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand our user s needs and communicate our value proposition.
