Overview / Responsibilities Wood is currently seeking an Entry Level Project Controller to support the Asset Integrity Solutions group in Houston, TX. As an Entry Level Project Controller individual will work with the Project Controls team and become responsible for managing, controlling and reporting on cost and revenue for several small projects. Key Responsibilities Analyze and perform analysis on data sets and project reports Monitor cost / revenue of engineering, equipment, subcontractors, and travel against established budgets Run reports in Oracle and assist Project Controls Manager in preparing weekly / monthly deliverables Provide general assistance to all members of the Project Controls group Work with Finance team to provide month end information as needed Attend project meetings as required Skills / Qualifications Demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyze information from various sources Proficiency with MS Office (primary focus on Excel and advanced knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting) Exceptional organization & project planning skills Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities Experience in creating Power BI dashboards / queries a plus Experience working in Oracle a plus Positive attitude, willing to take on any challenge that is presented Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required Company Overview Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
